Our Team
It has always been clear to Dr. Sabourin that he would never be able to achieve his professional goals and meet his own personal service quality commitments toward his patients without hiring on a team of qualified professionals. Therefore, that is exactly what he did as soon as he started practicing. His team is comprised of his sister and right-hand assistant, Dr. Manon Sabourin, his other sister Sylvie, who manages the clinic with her excellent organizational skills, Mario and Lucie, his highly sympathetic and efficient secretaries-receptionists, a team of 8 highly qualified and dynamic nurses, a highly professional paramedical aesthetician and laser technician and—last but not least—François Hébert, respiratory therapist.
Such a large team is necessary, because modern hair transplant techniques require more than 2 or 3 technicians. The separation and transplantation of hundreds of grafts—thousands of follicular units—is a daunting task that must be carried out by a demanding team that has been expertly trained. This seasoned team cleans the grafts as quickly as possible to maximize the chances of survival of the extracted hair. This also limits the working time during the transplant phase to 20 minutes per technician. Thus, we are able to provide optimal efficiency and quality levels from the beginning to the end of each and every procedure.
Dr. Sabourin has successfully recruited a qualified team to assist him and thus enable him to produce ever better surgical and artistic results with every procedure. Indeed, there is art involved in producing results that are as natural looking as his.
The philosophy of Dr. Sabourin and his team
The philosophy and approach of the clinic’s team are simple: examine each case individually, stay on the leading edge of technology, support each patient with a personalized medical approach from start to finish, and make sure that patients are fully involved in and confident of the care they are receiving. In short, Dr. Sabourin’s team helps patients feel better about themselves.
Everything can be summarized in four words: availability, expertise and personalized care.
