What are the precautions that need to be taken before surgery ?

As it is a minor surgery, there are very few precautions to be taken. However, you must not drink alcohol or take aspirin or any similar medication for 48 hours before surgery, and notify your physician of your general state of health, any medication you are taking and any allergies you might have. Routine blood tests may be ordered. Finally, your hair does not need to be longer than 1 cm for the transplant.
